SeventhSanctum Dragon Challenge

This is a dragon I drew for the "Dragon, Aim, Fire" contest on [link] . The description I came up with was:
This dragon has a serpentine body. Its scales are yellow. This dragon has six short limbs with three digits on each foot that end in very short claws. It has wings that seem to have no definite shape. This dragon's head is bluntly-formed. It has small round nostrils. This dragon has slanted eyes that are the color of the evening sky. A series of tendrils extends, hair-like, from the back of its head. It's lips are drawn back, making it look like it's smiling.
I botched up the three-digits-on-each-foot thing. I misread it and thought it said "two."
And... Umm.... First time drawing a dragon. Constructive criticism, anyone? And I know it looks horrible, it's just...scanning didn't work out the way I thought it would. And, yes, I'll admit it, I'm a newbie at this drawing-slash-drawing-network thing.
